GAF President’s Club Qualifications

To qualify for the GAF President’s Club Award, a contractor must meet strict criteria. First, they need to be a GAF Master Elite™ contractor, who are counted among the best roofing companies in the country. The requirements for this designation are so strict and rigorous that only the top 3% of all roofing companies in America qualify for it. Next, the contractor must earn the award by following one or more pathways: the Performance pathway, the Reliability pathway, and the Service pathway.

A company who wants to follow the Performance pathway must install and register 50 Golden Pledge® Warranties during the qualification period and the roofer must achieve at least a 4.5 consumer rating throughout the qualifying year. They must also achieve at least two consecutive years of winning the Triple Excellence Award.

Those that want to follow the Reliability pathway must have at least seven consecutive years of installing and registering 10 Golden Pledge Warranties every year. Lastly, contractors who follow the Service pathway must install and register warranty revenue in excess of $60,000 during the qualifying year.
